What information do I need to provide to order a pair?

You’ll need to have a valid prescription for eyeglasses from a certified optician or optometrist. You can learn more on the Lenses and Prescriptions page

 

If you do not already know your prescription, you can get it at any local optical shop that provides eye test services or sign up for one of our Free Eye Tests.

Do you have a retail outlet?

No, we don't. We work out of a shophouse office space located along Joo Chiat Road, where we also provide after-care services such as the adjustment of spectacles on an appointment basis.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer free replacement for glasses with manufacturing defects within one year of your order.

 

If this happens, please email hello@monocle.com.sg with a photo of the issue and we'll get on it right away.

What if I want to change my order?

We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes to your order. Shoot us an email at hello@monocle.com.sg to let us know.

How do I get a physical receipt?

A printed receipt will be included with your glasses in the package, along with the one you'll receive with your order confirmation email. 

Do you offer reading, transition, or progressive lenses?

Yes we do. Book a free eye test to consult with our opticians/optometrists about progressive lens choices and the best ones to suit your use!
